Why every athlete should do Yoga ?

I always ask myself why I wasn’t doing yoga when I was still competing in snowboarding! Without doubt it would have changed everything: Iess injury, less self-doubt, less disappointment, less anger, less stress, less fear…

But it’s never too late and I‘m very grateful that I finally found my path to yoga. It has improved my life in so many ways. For me it’s not only “a good workout” but a beautiful vehicle/ practice to find and believe in your highest potential. Yoga opens your heart and your mind and gives you the strength and the will to achieve your goals!

For athletes, yoga can become a powerful tool in order to enhance their knowledge about and the connection between their mind and body, to improve their body awareness and strengthen mental clarity.
